I have been taking my teenage daughter to Kurt once a week for a few months now and during this time Kurt has been so patient, caring and understanding. He relates well to teenagers and works at making them feel comfortable, whilst giving them a personally tailored exercise regime. I was so impressed that I have joined my daughter’s class and we are getting fit together.

I have been a client of Kurt’s off and on for a couple of years now and because of the level of dedication he has shown to help others on their fitness journey I too decided to complete my certificate 4 in fitness so I can try to have as much of a positive impact on other people’s lives as Kurt has on mine. Kurt is the first personal trainer I have meet that truely wants to give his clients the tools to go out and continue their journey without the need to stay with him just to make more money.

Been kurts client for 6months ..... loved all the time I spent at studio and learned self respect and gained confidence and lost weight.
Only stopped going due to my own budget issues .

Kurt is amazing - the workout we do is always varied, always engaging, and always pushing me that extra bit further than I could do myself.
I turn 44 this year. I've been training just once a week with Kurt for the past year. I'm in the best shape I've been in more than a decade and I attribute that primarily to that single weekly workout. That commitment, which I really look forward to, also sets me up for healthier habits through the week.
In the past I have tried gym memberships, accountability partners, all kinds of schedule and commitment tricks to get myself to have regular healthy fitness regimes - it wasn't until joined up with KFP Fitness that I was able to establish a regular workout routine that stuck.
